• Sabotage between two groups at any location
• Natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, tsunami, etc.

So it can take many forms on a huge or minor scale, In any case, its effects can be as per event it may be localized or catastrophic Hence unless you plan unless you expect the unexpected you cannot mitigate or prevent big price in terms of lives, property or environmental damage
