An emergency is nothing but, a sudden and unexpected unanticipated the event, for example

Organization Goal for Emergency Plan
The primary goal of any organization should be to prevent any unforeseen the event which can lead to injury, property damage, environmental damage, society disturbances, etc. and even though if it takes place they should have their own established procedure planning, resources with roles and responsibility to mitigate the same. • Investigate the cause and take necessary steps to avoid recurrences

What is Emergency Plan?
An emergency plan is a guide that delivers quick answers in an emergency. It is something that well-evaluated procedure or ready reckoner book, which will help me to solve the problem. As it will explain all my requirements like how do I do it, who do I contact what equipment do they have or do I need and what kind of activity should take place?
The main difficulty of emergency planning is apathy
How to prepare an Emergency Plan
Expect the Unexpected
Planning begins by looking at the kinds of events that can threaten you, a process called hazard analysis
The way to overcome apathy is to develop an emergency awareness in the shop floor the first step to point out someone or group of people to start thinking about the matter as part of their professional responsibility, not something which is indirect and insignificant to the organization but it is central to it
The emergency plan should be a flexible series of activities that employees can perfect through trial runs, You can exercise it you can look at it and see if it’s logical, you can see whether it’s achievable if it isn’t you can amend it. And you can get it so that it is effective when you have a disaster. And that’s what is important if you are to save the people
When you have a safety program in place at the workplace and it’s effective and well-executed and well managed, and workers are involved in it and workers are part of the system when an emergency happens, it can be dealt with within a controlled manner.
The most common factors of emergency are fire, theft and chemical spills and if the Industry is situated near riverfront there is a likelihood of natural calamity like flood
